Rick Chellman has experience providing expert witness and litigation support in several jurisdictions in the United States.
As a licensed professional engineer in all of the lower 48 States and the District of Columbia, coupled with decades of experience, he provides a depth of background and insight that has item proven to be extremely helpful to his clients and their counsel.
Rick is also a licensed land surveyor and has been actively performing surveys for more than 40 years. Surveys, especially disputes involving boundaries, easements and related matters are often complicated and require the experience in research, comprehension and compilation into a report that Rick has specialized in for years.
While at times necessary, litigation is costly financially and it can also be stressful. Rick has also aided many clients in formal and informal mediation to find solutions that avoid a trial, and at times have even avoided filing initial complaints.
In any matter, Rick brings his experience as a licensed professional and skills as a photographer and graphic designer to bear in preparing exhibits and graphic explanations of sometimes complex matters. Such exhibits prove useful in aiding clients and opposing parties in understanding otherwise complex matters.
